Devin's Birthday Party

For a minute, I thought I was in Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse! Devin turned two today and it was a blast. Great food, awesome company, and Tariq and Nilu had all their bases covered when it came to entertaining the kids and the adults. The only thing missing at this party were roller coaster rides =)

The Pseudo Summer Begins

So begins a week of really hot weather! It's not even June yet, and the weatherman is already predicting what we've always known since December; it's H-O-T! Rather than turn the sprinklers on, I turned the hose on the only two little people I know that would have a blast when a jet stream of water is going straight to their face! Then, it was back to the chalk on the driveway. We do this often, but tried something new =)

Gastronomique En Vogue Magazine | Issue 10 | "A Balmy Chill"

Many apologies for the lack in updates, but before you yell at me let me explain what's been going on with my photography.

I was approached by my mentor Vincent Gotti of The Candy Factory Studio to submit a photo editorial for GEV Magazine's Spring Issue 10. One of my resolutions this year was to be published in at least 5 editorials this year in either print or online magazines. This was the catalyst into what has been a difficult, yet successful campaign to becoming the kind of photographer that I've always sought out to be. So I'd like to share with all of you what has transpired in the months that I've been a bit stagnant when it comes to shooting. Here it is! The pages to my first published editorial in GEV Magazine!
